Thank you SO much to the amazing guides, healers, and facilitators who contributed to Season 1 of The Retreat Space.

These amazing women donated their expertise, time, and wisdom to this space for free.

Not only did they help establish The Retreat Space and support my vision, but they also helped so many people by offering healing and growth during an unprecedentedly challenging time. I am humbled by the power of their huge gifts and hearts.

Community members, I hope you will give these wonderful healers some love by following and working with them.

Here’s a directory to their private offerings and the programs offered in our first season.

Elizabeth Wallace has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She first fell in love with the physicality of the practice and relished the opportunity to move with intention. Over time, Elizabeth found joy in connecting deeply to her breath, cultivating steadiness in her thoughts and committing to authenticity in her actions. She completed her 200-hr training with CorePower Yoga in 2017 and has been teaching ever since. She is Reiki-II certified through the Usui tradition, and is currently in the midst of her 300-hr yoga teacher training with Down Under School of Yoga. She is also pursuing her life coach certification. Elizabeth seeks to provide a space for her students to develop a sense of true belonging through clarity of self and connection to community. Her classes interweave strength, flow, breath and mindfulness. You can connect with Elizabeth through her website or Instagram.

Tara Jones is a Breathwork Healing Facilitator, Massage Therapist, and the owner of Makia Rising. For 20 years she has been part of the Healing Arts community, where she has had the privilege of developing strong relationships with clients. Starting the process of letting go and integrating, sometimes just requires loving care of our body, plus the willingness to keep an open heart and mind. Tara would be honored to hold space for you and help guide you in your healing process so you can live the healthy, balanced life you've always wanted.
